It is further submitted that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 1st February, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith.
