Petitioner herein, merely, moved an application seeking permission to get the service affected upon the respondent through the learned Trial Court concerned.

The present petition was taken up by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.03.2024 and based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner was permitted to withdraw the petition, with liberty as per law.

After such disposal dated 13.03.2024, an application (CM APPL. 17551/2024) was moved by the petitioner and as per the petitioner, there was never any instructions to the counsel to withdraw the petition and it seems that there is some inadvertent observation in this regard. The petitioner also relies upon the Whatsapp communication between him and his counsel in order to corroborate the same.

Thus, by virtue of abovesaid application, the petitioner is seeking recall of said order dated 13.03.2024.

The abovesaid order was passed by my esteemed sister Shalinder Kaur, J. and in view of the Practice Directions No. 132/Rules/DHC dated 17.04.2025, the present application seeking recall of said order dated 13.03.2024, subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, be placed before the Bench presided over by Shalinder Kaur, J. on 23.05.2025.
