% 02.02.2016 This is a suit having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores. It is submitted that initially the defendant was residing in New Delhi district and the cause of action had also arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of New Delhi District, but the defendant has now shifted to Gurgaon, Haryana. Ld. counsels for the parties jointly request that matter be transferred to the New Delhi District.

Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 30th April, 2016.
