% 11.03.2019 Petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that surgery of his wife is to take place on 14th March, 2019 in Lok Nayak Hospital. State has verified the medical/treatment papers, which show that surgery of petitioner's wife has to take place on the aforesaid date. In my view, presence of petitioner would be required during the surgery and also to take care of his wife. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like

amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
