By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole for a period of six months on the ground of medical conditions. Status report has been filed.
As per the status report, petitioner cannot walk without the help of the attendant.
It is further stated by the proxy counsel for the petitioner that as per the report of Dr. V.B.Bhasin (M.S.Orthopaedic) the petitioner cannot live independently and she needs attendant at all times, even for attending herself.
Looking into the condition of the petitioner, who is 76 years old, the parole of the petitioner is extended for a period of six months on the same terms and conditions as stated in the order dated
12.10.2017.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
