At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would be, at the moment, satisfied if a direction to the concerned Executing Court is given for the expeditious disposal of Execution Petition No. 398 of 2019 tilted as Pooja & Ors. Vs. Manoj Kumar which is now listed on 10.02.2025 before the learned Executing Court i.e. Court of Mr. Ravinder Singh-I, Judge Family Court-02, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed and, simultaneously, learned Executing Court is requested to dispose of the aforesaid execution petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date fixed before it.
