The present application has been filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

It is submitted that the petitioners and respondent no.1 have reached an amicable settlement of their disputes.

The terms of the said settlement are recorded in the letter dated 01st December, 2023 issued by respondent no.1 to the petitioner no.2, wherein the respondent no. 1 has acknowledged the receipt of all outstanding dues in relation to the Facility Agreements dated 11th June, 2007 and 30th June, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2011. Thus it is submitted that no further amounts are payable by petitioner no. 2.

In view thereof, it is submitted that the petitioners may be granted opportunity to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Issued notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1.

He reaffirms the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and submits that steps have already been taken by respondent no. 1 to withdraw petition pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. 7.

Considering the aforesaid, the present application is allowed and the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

Application is disposed of.

In view of the order passed today in CM APPL. 3662/2024, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 10.
