On the last date of hearing, i.e., on 15.3.2019, the petitioner, the respondent No.3 and his wife (parents of missing girl, Ms. S.) were present. The missing girl was produced from Grace Care Home, Kanawani, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. We had interacted with all the parties. The missing girl was firm in her view that she did not wish to stay with her parents.

Today, we have again interacted with the girl as also her uncle, Mr. Amit Sharma. The girl reiterates the stand as taken by her on the last date of hearing. She also does not wish to stay with her uncle (phupha), who is W.P.(CRL) 634/2019

present in Court today. The Petitioner and his parents, who are present in Court state that they shall take Ms. S. back to her matrimonial home. 3.

Having regard to the fact that as on date, the girl has attained majority, it is directed that she be released forthwith from Grace Care Home, Kanawani, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P.

A copy of this order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to the learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for intimation to the Grace Care Home, Kanawani, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. through the IO. The IO shall ensure that the belongings of the girl, that are presently at the Grace Care Home, be released to her.
