% 22.10.2019 A communication bearing No. 2195 PAB/DJ (South)/Saket/2019, New Delhi, dated 15th October, 2019, has been received in a sealed envelope from the learned District and Sessions Judge (South), District Court Complex Saket, New Delhi, in relation to the present criminal contempt proceeding. The same has been de-sealed and examined by us; and accordingly taken on record.
A perusal of the same reflects that the issue which led to the unfortunate occurrence, has since been resolved, with the intervention of the learned District Judge.

In view of the foregoing, the show cause notice issued to Ms. Ashu Arora, Advocate, is discharged.
