Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') read with Section 529 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Sonal Shoran for directing the learned Trial Court for early hearing on the Application under Section 21 of PWDVA, 2025 before 13.03.2025 or to grant visitation rights and also to provide maintenance and alternative accommodation to the Petitioner.

Further direction is sought for disposal of the Application under Section 23 of the PWDVA, 2025 in CC No. 1374/2022, which is listed for consideration before the learned Trial Court, on 06.05.2025.

On query, it has been submitted that she is presently residing in Delhi while the children along with the Respondent/husband, are residing in Pune as he is serving an Indian Army. On query, it has been stated that the Petition under Section 125 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Cr.P.C. was filed in which an interim maintenance for Rs.30,000/- per month, has been awarded to the Petitioner.

Considering the submissions made, no directions are required to be passed for early hearing. However, the matter may be heard on merits on 06.05.2025 when the matter is listed before the Trial Court.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
