By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief:- "(a) To Direct the Special Commissioner of Police, (Vigilance) through Commissioner of Police Delhi to take strict legal action against the S.H.0. P.S. Paschim Vihar (East) and D.C.P. of the Concerned District.

(b) To Direct the Special Commissioner of Police, (Vigilance) through Commissioner of Police Delhi to file day to day progress report on the complaint of the complainant.

(c) To Direct the Special Commissioner of Police, (Vigilance) through Commissioner of Police Delhi to provide protection to the petitioner in the interest of justice."
