% 05.09.2016 CS(OS) 1450/2002 Case file has been received today pursuant to order dated 05.08.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, wherein it is mentioned that the territorial jurisdiction qua the present matter lies with the South East District, Saket Courts. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 15.01.2016 for transfer of the present matter to New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, Delhi, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
