This present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayer:

"a) Direct the police officials i.e. Respondent no. 2 to provide security to the Petitioner and check at intervals about her welfare so as to protect the life and limb of the petitioner in the hands of respondent no.3 & 4;

b) Pass an order of restrainment thereby directing the respondent no. 3 and 4 to not establish any sort of contact with the petitioner and further not to keep the premises under his locks and keys which are co-owned by the petitioner i.e. 81/319, SECTOR 17, ROHINI and currently under tenancy; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) pass any order or orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the ends of justice in favour of the petitioner." 5.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on advance notice submits that the NCR No. 0009/2025 has been registered under Section 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at PS KNK Marg on the complaint of the petitioner.

Copy of the NCR is supplied and the same is taken on record. 7.

It is further submitted that the result of the MLC is awaited and in case required, appropriate sections may be added.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well i.e., on 11.03.2025. 9.

The petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. 10.
