% 17.02.2020 Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking action against respondent nos. 6 and 7.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that respondent nos. 6 and 7 have obtained employment as a teacher in ST category though they belong to Meena community from village Gangavas, which comes under general category. This fact is evident from the certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Akbarvas, Buland Shahar, UP.

It is submitted by learned ASC for the State that petitioner is in fact seeking registration of an FIR against respondent nos. 6 and 7 for cheating and forgery for which the remedy lies before the Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. It is further submitted by learned ASC for the State that the petitioner cannot directly rush to this Court for

seeking reliefs as prayed in the petition.
