The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, however, states that now the case is listed before the learned Trial Court for examination of Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, who is the last witness. Though in the past also, this Court directed the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months, however, despite a lapse of more than one year, the trial has not been concluded yet.

In these circumstances, it is ordered that the trial in this case be concluded positively within one and a half months from the date of receipt of this order.

No adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties. 4.

In view of the above, the present bail application, along with pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
