By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 65/2025, registered at Police Station Sonia Vihar, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/74/332/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS'). 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant argues that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has drawn this Court's attention to a cross FIR registered on the complaint of present applicant, as the present applicant had received injuries. It is further argued that the applicant herein has joined investigation and has cooperated with the investigating agency. in this case. Therefore, it is prayed that the application for grant of anticipatory bail be allowed.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, states that the applicant has joined investigation and has cooperated with the investigating agency. 4.

This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of both the sides and has perused the material available on record. 5.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the applicant has joined investigation and has cooperated with the investigating agency and the chargesheet in this case stands filed against the present accused/applicant, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, and in event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O concerned on the following terms and conditions:

i) The applicant shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the Police.

ii) The applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court.

iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner.

iv) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned I.O/SHO and Trial Court.
