% 09.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit is valued less than `2 cores, thus, this Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain and try this suit in view of the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015. He further submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 28th January, 2016.
