Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of the petition, the retiral benefits have been paid by the respondents.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

For redressal of the surviving grievance i.e. claiming of interest on the delayed payment, the petitioner shall file a representation with the respondent within four weeks.

The respondent shall decide the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order.
