This application is filed by the applicant seeking modification in the order dated 15.02.2020, whereby the regular bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn.

It is submitted a liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a bail application before the learned Trial Court since more than a year had elapsed after the order dated 15.02.2020.

In view of the submissions so made, the application stands disposed of by granting a liberty to the petitioner herein to move an application for regular bail before the learned Trial Court. It is made clear no opinion has been expressed on the merits of the matter.
