This application is filed seeking modification of order dated 05.02.2020 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this court. It is stated similar order was passed in BAIL APPLN. 527/2019 by this Court on 25.03.2021 whereby the petitioner was granted liberty to move an application for regular bail before the learned trial court. Since more than a year has elapsed after the order dated 05.02.2020 was passed, hence in view of the submissions so made, the application stands disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to move an application for regular bail before the learned trial court. It is made clear that no opinion is expressed on the merits of the petition.
