W.P.(C) 2076/2019 Mr. Kapil Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nr. Delhi Municipal Corporation states that pursuant to the speaking order dated February 4, 2019, show-cause notice has been issued for revocation of the sanction plan for the installation of the lift and the hearing is being given by the concerned Deputy Commissioner. He states that order on the show-

cause notice shall be passed within four weeks. He also states, petitioner can also participate in the proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the said submission made by Mr. Dutta.

If that be so, petitioner through its representative can appear before the concerned Deputy Commissioner on April 8, 2019 at 3 PM at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rohini Zone, Delhi. It is expected that the order shall be passed by the Deputy Commissioner within four weeks from today.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order to be passed by the Deputy Commissioner, liberty is with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law.
