By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioner seeks permission to deposit compensation as directed by the Appellate Court in CA No.180/2023 and upheld by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Crl.M.C. 7623/2023 in two instalments. A further prayer has been made to stay the proceedings before Appellate Court.

It is informed that the matter is now listed before Appellate Court for pronouncement today itself.

In view of the aforesaid, I find no ground to entertain the present petition. The petition along with pending application is accordingly dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Appellate Court.
