The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 562/2024 of PS Prem Nagar for offences under Section 351(3)/3(5), BNS and Section 3(1)(r)/3(1)(5) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has compromised the disputes with petitioners. 2.

After addressing partly, keeping in mind the nature of offences alleged, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
