Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with a direction to the prosecution to file the charge-sheet immediately.

Learned APP for the State submitted that the charge-sheet would be filed approximately within three weeks. 3.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to the respondent to file the charge-sheet within three weeks. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
