By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 542/2025 dated 20.09.2025 registered at P.S. Kalkaji, under Sections 21/29/61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

After some arguments, Mr. Shan Ul Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioner before the learned Special Court.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
