The present petition under Section 397 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Set aside the impugned judgment dated 11.10.2019 passed by the court of Mr. Rajiv Mehra, Principal Judge, Family Court, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in MT No. 31/2018 titled "Saroj Kumari vs. Ajay Pratap Singh", (ii) Call the entire trial court record from court of Mr. Rajiv Mehra, Principal Judge, Family Court, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in MT No. 31/2018 titled "Saroj Kumari vs. Ajay Pratap Singh"

(iii) Pass any other of further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner."
