Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.523/2024 dated 28.12.2024, registered at Police Station Shakarpur, for commission of offences under Section 420 IPC.

The charges have already been ascertained. However, complainant is yet to enter into witness box.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application, at this juncture. He, however, seeks permission to file application afresh once the complainant is examined. He also submits that prosecution may be directed to ensure his presence before the learned Trial Court without any delay. He contends that since the applicant is around 70 years of age and is not keeping well, the applicant may also be permitted to file application seeking interim bail on health grounds, before the learned BAIL APPLN. 1250/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
