% 17.09.2025 CM APPL. 57910/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant prays that the Settlement Agreement dated 23.08.2025 be taken on record; and the present appeal accordingly be disposed-of in terms of the settlement agreement. A copy of the settlement agreement has been appended to the present application.

Learned counsel for the respondents is also present. 3.
The appellant is also present in-person. He has handed-over the keys of the demised premises to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents alongwith a demand draft for the sum of Rs. 90 lacs, which is in addition to the sum of Rs. 21 lacs, that is stated to have been paid already, thereby performing their part of the obligations under the settlement agreement.
