W.P.(C) 1800/2020 By this petition the petitioner prays for a direction for continuation of the Execution Petition No.117/2019 pending before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.

In the order dated 21.01.2020 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, it has been recorded that a Liquidator has been appointed for the respondent no.1 company.
