The petition under Section 482 of CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Quash the FIR No. 184, dt. 23-12-2010, U/S 463/465/471/120B IPC & Sec-70 of Indian Partnership Act P.S- EOW and all proceedings emanating therefrom;

ii. Any other relief deemed appropriate may also be granted in favour of Petitioner."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise contentions taken herein in appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court.
