Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the civil suit pending before the Trial Court, he confines his relief to the submission that the respondents be directed to maintain and file a statement of account, seeking restrain on the respondents from using the sum. of Rs.10,00,00,000/-, lying in the form of FDR.
