The present revision petition under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 is directed against order dated 23rd October, 2021 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, South West, District Dwarka, New Delhi. By the said order, the Family Court, in Case MT No. 247/2017, granted interim maintenance to the Respondent under Section 125 of the CrPC, to be paid by the Petitioner. 2.
Mr. Kuljeet Rawal, Advocate (Amicus Curiae) informs the Court that subsequent to the filing of the instant petition, a final order has been passed by the Family Court. This fact is also confirmed by the counsel for the Respondent, however, he states that he does not have the copy of the final order.

In any event, since the order under challenge was only an interim order, which now stands merged with the final order, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous and the present petition is disposed of.

All rights and contentions of the parties urged in the present petition are reserved, to be urged in appropriate proceedings, should the Petitioner challenge the final order passed.
