% 13.02.2026 1.
The applicant/accused seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 75/2020 of Police Station EOW for the offence under Section 420/409//34 IPC and Section 318/316/207 BNSS.
2.
At the outset, learned APP points out that the accused/applicant has falsely declared it to be the first bail application, whereas the truth is that earlier, another bail application was filed by the accused/applicant, which was dismissed by a coordinate bench of this Court on 22.04.2024. 3.
It is noticed that even Vakalatnama is not signed by the accused/applicant. The supporting affidavit of the application also is sworn by some brother-in-law of the accused/applicant. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. GIRISH KATHPALIA, J FEBRUARY 13, 2026 'rs'
