% 19.02.2018 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of order dated October 10, 2017 in W.P.(C) 12094/2015. Respondents in their counter-affidavit have taken a stand that the Registration Certificate dated January 11, 2018 has been issued to the petitioner. Mr. Aseem Mehrotra, learned counsel for the petitioner states, petitioner does not have the attested copy of the Certificate issued. Mr. Roshan Lal Goel, learned counsel appearing for respondents state, attested copy of the Registration Certificate dated January 11, 2018 shall be sent to the counsel for the petitioner within a week. Noting the statement made by Mr. Goel, the contempt petition is closed.
