% 28.02.2019 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent nos. 2 to 7 namely Sujeet, Vikas, Vicky, Nikesh Kumar Singh, Vimla and Manju Verma are present in the Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Anil Kumar of Police Station Kanjhawala. Respondent nos. 2 to 7 submits that they have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 to 7 submit that they have no objection in case FIR No. 91/2013 under Sections 452/341/323/506/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kanjhawal and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Affidavits of respondent nos. 2 to 7 to this effect are also on record.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent nos. 2 to 7 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
