The present petition under Section 439 (2) read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i) Pass an order cancelling the bail granted vide order dated 12/01/2023 By Riya Guha ASJ, FTC Tis Hazari Court Delhi in Bail Application No. SC.No. 425/2022 in FIR No. 905/2021, Under Section 328, 376, 376(2)(n), 417, 419, 384, 84, 506 IPC registered at P.S. Nihal Vihar, Delhi.

ii) Pass any other order/ orders or direction as deem fit and proper."
