The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers: - "A. Call for records of Eviction Petition bearing no. RC ARC 78/2021, titled as "Smt. Poonam vs. Sh. Sanjay Mehndiratta", decided by court of Ms. Alka Singh, Additional Rent Controller, West District, Tis Hazari Comts, Delhi and/or, B. Allow the present Revision Petition and set aside/ quash the impugned judgment/ order dated 20.12.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Alka Singh, Additional Rent Controller, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition bearing no. RC ARC 78/2021, titled as Smt. Poonam vs. Sh. Sanjay Mehndiratta", and allow the Leave to Defend application filed by the Petitioner; and/or, C. Pass such other/further order (s), as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the latter, who is present in Court today, submits that the latter shall vacate the subject shop on or before 30.06.2026, and he shall also clear all the statutory charges, including water and electricity charges. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the respondent does not press for payment of user and occupation charges.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner shall abide by his undertaking given before this Court. 8.
