This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended by mutual consent on 29.11.2022. Thereafter, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended from time to time by this Court, lastly by an order dated 04.12.2023 in OMP (MISC) (COMM) 629/2023, by which the mandate was extended for a period of three months till 29.02.2024. 3.

Learned counsel on behalf of the respondent appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought. 4.

I am informed that the award has been reserved by the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
