This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:
"1. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to expunge the adverse entry in the Annual Confidential Report for 2019-2020 of the Petitioner (if any)
2. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to communicate the entries of the Annual Confidential Report of the last 10 years of the Petitioner.
3. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to not create a hostile work environment for the petitioner.
4. Pass any such order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 2.
Petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher (General) in Respondent No.1 School and joined w.e.f. 01.07.2008. The limited grievance raised by the Petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to Respondent No.1 to expunge the adverse entry, if any, in the W.P.(C) 3326/2021 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Annual Confidential Report (ACR) for the year 2019-2020 as also for communication of the ACRs of the last 10 years. 3.
Mr. Durgesh Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 and Mr. V. Balaji, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6/DOE jointly submit that the ACRs of the Petitioner for the years 2017-2018; 2018-2019; 2019-2020; 2020-2021 and 2021-22 have been upgraded to a grading of 'Very Good' and after upgradation of the said ACRs under consideration for promotion, Petitioner has been promoted to the post of PGT (Biology) w.e.f. 13.06.2024.

Ms. Rekha Aggarwal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the relevant ACRs have been upgraded and Petitioner has been promoted, no further grievance survives.

In view of the aforesaid, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition as the grievance ventilated by the Petitioner stands redressed.
