% 19.02.2020 In terms of proceedings dated 17.02.2020, status report has been submitted on behalf of the State.
The applicant vide the present application had sought the grant of interim bail submitting to the effect that the applicant's daughter is under depression due to incarceration of the applicant and that she is under treatment of Dr. Ashima (Psychiatrist), Hope Hospital, Delta-2, NH-20, Greater Noida and that the applicant thus be released on interim bail for a period of 30 days in as much as the child of the applicant is to appear for 10th class Board Examination starting from 20.02.2020.
Annexure P6 placed on record as issued by the Hope Hospital was directed to be verified by the State. The status report that has been submitted by the State today indicates that despite repeated
efforts and despite the email sent to the hospital concerned and email sent to the doctor who is stated to have issued the medical document, there has been no response received from the hospital administration nor from doctor Ashima of the stated hospital. It has further been submitted on behalf of the State that even previously the applicant had submitted forged medical document in relation to Bail Application 1957/2019 for the grant of extension of interim bail, which was stated to have been declined.
In the circumstances, there is no ground whatsoever for grant of interim bail as prayed by the application.
The bail application is declined.
