In view of the steps taken by the respondent-Corporation, as of now, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands mitigated. 2.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as rendered infructuous. W.P.(C) 10727/2024 & CM APPL. 44156/2024 and W.P.(C) 10521/2024 & CM APPL. 43244/2024 1.

The respondent-Corporation is directed to file a reply within seven days.

The petitioner would be at liberty to file rejoinder thereto, within a period of seven days thereafter.

List these matters on 11.09.2024.

Interim orders in W.P. (C) 10521/2024 and W.P (C) 10727/2024 to continue till the next date of hearing.
