The present petition has already been disposed of. By way of the above captioned application, the Petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "A. Direct the Ld. Trial Court (Mahila Court - 02, Dwarka Courts, Delhi) to immediately take cognisance and adjudicate the Respondent's false, defamatory, and misleading allegations within CC No. 1582/2019, ensuring judicial recognition of verbal and emotional abuse under Section 3 of the DV Act and preventing further procedural manipulation."

The aforenoted reliefs sought cannot be adjudicated upon by way of an application in a disposed of matter.

If the Applicant is aggrieved that the allegations made in the Respondent's reply dated 19th April, 2025, are false, defamatory and misleading, she has to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
