Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present petition in order to file the same on the same cause of action before the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, in view of the bar under Section 14 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandrakumar vs. Union of India & Ors reported in (1994) 5 SCC 539. 2.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty so sought granted.
