This is an application for grant of bail filed on behalf of the petitioner in case FIR No. 6/2019, under Section 302/120-B/34 IPC, PS KNK Marg. 2.

Learned APP submits that as per the nominal roll, applicant has been convicted in another case bearing FIR No. 325/2017, under Section 302/307/341/34 IPC, PS Sadar Bahadurgarh.

The learned counsel, who appears for the petitioner, submits that petitioner has since filed an appeal against the judgment of conviction and his application for suspension of sentence is pending consideration before the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
