This petition has been filed seeking directions in respect of the National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT') not expeditiously hearing and deciding petitioners' petition.

Counsel for petitioner states that they have filed the petition under Sections 241/242 of the Companies Act, 2013, to address the ongoing acts of operation and mismanagement by respondents in respondent no.1/Company. 3.
The petition was first listed before the Tribunal on 11th November 2025, where the basic facts had been apprised to the Court. Tribunal directed petitioners to file a corresponding document depicting the shareholding percentage and adjourned the matter to 25th November 2025. 4.
However, since 25th November 2025, the matter has not been taken up and has been adjourned on one ground or the other. 5.
The matter is now listed on 14th April 2026.

may take up the matter on 14th April 2026 for the purposes of issuance of notice or grant of interim relief.

The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the NCLT to take up the matter on 14th April 2026, the date already listed and consider the pleas of petitioners in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter in any manner.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of as being rendered infructuous.
