O R D E R

% 24.02.2020 With the consent of the parties, the present appeal is disposed of recording the undertaking of the appellants that they shall vacate the suit property on or before 31.07.2020.

On their strict compliance with the above undertaking, the respondent shall waive the claim of mesne profit under the decree. In case the appellants fail to comply with their undertaking, apart from the other proceedings under law, the respondent shall also be entitled to execute the decree as has been passed by the learned Appellate Court by its Impugned Judgement and Order dated 09.01.2020 in RCA 121/2018 in its entirety.
