The petitioner has confined its prayer to the extent directing the concerned Divisional Commissioner to decide the petitioner's revisional application under Section 56 of the Indian Stamp Duty, 1899 within a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submits that subject to petitioner and respondent no. 4's cooperation, the said revisional application can be decided within a period of four months.
