The present application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to comply with the order dated 11th March, 2025, passed in W.P.(C) 3090/2025, for immediate removal of unauthorized construction at property bearing No. 1 & 1A, Friends Colony (West) Mathura Road, in the portions belonging to respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 11th March, 2025, wherein, the submissions made on behalf of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), it was specifically noted that demolition action was scheduled for 25th March, 2025. However, it is submitted that still no action has been taken, as yet. 3.

respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Issue notice to respondent no. 3 by all modes upon filing of process fee.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1-MCD, submits that demolition action is now fixed on 12th May, 2025. 6.
On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 submits that he has also filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD ("ATMCD"), being Appeal No. 233/2025. He submits that the said appeal is next listed on 27th May, 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 further submits that he has filed the said appeal, since the demolition order has been passed without issuance of any notice, or any demolition order to the respondent. 8.
However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputes the submission made by learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2. 9.
Let reply/Status Report be filed by the respondents, within a period of four weeks.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed, within two weeks, thereafter. 11.
Re-notify on 19th September, 2025.
