Ms. Aayushee Priya, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, states that they have made payment of the property tax in question. A copy of no due certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] is also handed over in Court and is taken on record. Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"], confirms this position. Ms. Priya also states that the said respondents will continue to pay the current dues of property tax in respect of the subject property.

In view of the aforesaid statement, Ms. Aayushi Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not seek further orders in this writ petition.
