This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayers:- "a) Allow the Present writ Petition: and b) Issue Writ of certiorari to quash the impugned orders i.e order No. D-IX21/2014-CRC dated 16.12.20214 issued by Directorate General, CRPF, Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, and memorandum dated 16.12.2014 No. D-IX-21/2014-CRC dated 16.12.2014 issued by Directorate General, CRPF, Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs along with enclosed statements of article of charges and to close the departmental proceedings against the Petitioner; and c) Pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and necessary in the interest of justice."

learned Senior Counsel for petitioner is that respondents are delaying the completion of proceedings.

Mr. Pavan Narang, learned counsel appearing for respondents, contest the plea of Mr. Kaushik.

We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that the respondents shall complete the enquiry within a period of three months with effect from 05.06.2024.

Mr. Kaushik states that petitioner, her sister and her brother-in-law, against whom joint proceedings are being held shall cooperate in the conduct of the proceedings. They shall not seek adjournment. The submission (s) is taken on record.

At this stage, we also take on record the submission made by Mr. Narang on the plea of Mr. Kaushik that the proceedings be held physically and not virtually, that the same shall be conveyed to the Enquiry Officer. 7.
Petition is disposed of.
